Michael Candeloro.

Michael is a Partner at ap Valuations Limited and has been with the firm since 2009.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a full service accounting firm. Michael is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator. He has over 10 years of experience preparing valuations of private companies in various industries for various purposes, including matrimonial litigation, tax planning, shareholder disputes, and corporate reorganizations. Michael is also experienced in financial consulting and litigation support, including income and net family property calculations for family law purposes and quantifying financial loss / damages for litigation and dispute matters.

Michael has given expert evidence at various tribunals and has participated in numerous mediations and settlement negotiations. Michael has written and presented on various issues for the legal community and is a contributing author of Support Rights and Obligations Under Ontario Family Law,
