Kamal Kaur.

Kamal joined ap Valuations Limited as a Principal in 2022. She has extensive experience in business valuations for matrimonial and litigation support, tax and estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, employee stock options valuation, and financial reporting purposes. She also has experience working on other engagements such as income analysis for spousal support, economic loss quantifications and fraud investigations & forensic analysis. She is certified as IVS (International Valuation Standards) compliant. She has over 15 years of professional experience working across many industry sectors and with clients ranging from small business owners to large private and public companies.

Prior to working at ap Valuations Limited, Kamal worked for another boutique valuation firm preparing valuations for businesses, income analysis, and fraud investigations. Kamal has also worked with KPMG in their Corporate Finance team. During her stint with KPMG, she was also seconded to KPMG Zurich, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi offices to work on various global valuation engagements.

She has gained extensive experience in performing due diligence reviews of multi-million-dollar EB-5 projects and in reviewing large US real estate projects and business investments.

Kamal is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), postgraduate, and graduate in business administration.
