Sarah Kingston.

Sarah is a Principal at ap Valuations Limited. Sarah initially joined the firm in 2014 and took a two-year leave to work abroad at a litigation accounting firm in Los Angeles, California.

Sarah has prepared valuations for businesses, both in Canada and the United States, across a broad range of industries for purposes of litigation support, specifically in the area of family law, tax planning, estate planning, corporate reorganizations, capital raising and shareholder buyouts and disputes.

Sarah’s financial litigation support experience also includes income determinations, damages and loss quantification, employee stock option and restricted stock valuations, fund tracing and other forensic investigations.

Sarah is a Chartered Business Valuator and holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Santa Monica College. She graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science.
