Parth Kothari.

Parth has joined ap Valuations Limited in 2023 as a senior associate and specializes in business valuations and litigation support. Throughout his career, Parth has experience in valuating companies in the healthcare, real estate, pharmaceuticals and brewery industries.

Prior to joining the team, Parth gained experience at boutique business advisory firms which specialized in valuations support. Parth has gained experience and expertise in matrimonial litigations, shareholder exit planning, investor fundraising, fairness opinions and legal compliance.

Parth is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA – Licensed in Washington), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and working towards his Chartered Business Valuator designation.
