Morgan McIntyre.

Morgan is a Partner at ap Valuations Limited, and is a Chartered Business Valuator and CFA charterholder with over 12 years of financial consulting and business valuation experience.

Morgan focuses on delivering sound and practical advice and analysis in support of a wide range of financial engagements that include matters relating to family law, estate planning, corporate reorganizations, shareholder disputes, shareholder buyouts, and other business transactions. As a CBV, Morgan has provided business owners and lawyers with formal valuation and expert reports regarding business valuations, employee stock option and restricted stock valuations, economic losses, and income determinations. In addition to providing business and securities valuation services, Morgan offers financial consulting and litigation support in family law, forensic analysis and dispute resolution. Morgan has qualified as an expert witness and testified before the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario). He has also participated in a number of mediations and court cases for family law matters and has authored/co-authored articles and presentations for the business and legal community.

Prior to joining ap Valuations Limited, Morgan held a senior position at one of the big five Canadian banks where he provided budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting services as a member of the project management office.
